Life Abstract?

Hm, so doing stuff backwards is fun. Here is a video of my colleague and I demonstrating simple household tasks... in reverse...

Overreacting

Here are some videos of people overreacting:

And

And also

But my personal favorite

Sometimes it is good to let it out I guess, but... There is a line that should not be crossed. I never really knew that an Nintendo 64 could cross that line so quickly, but hey, maybe I am just not around excitable people that often.

Otters and Pantomiming

I have come to the conclusion that pantomiming is one of the most difficult arts in existence.

For years mimes have been despised and ridiculed, but I do not really understand why. The make-up is somewhat strange, but no stranger than a clown. Their purpose really is similar to that of a clown too, I feel the need to laugh when I observe a pantomiming act.

Back to the topic of it being difficult, I shall state my belief again. Pantomiming is one of the most difficult arts in existence. It looks easy sometimes, but when tried, it is very difficult to make it look convincing.

This begs another question: if mimes are so despised for what they do, then why go through all the trouble to learn it?
I think that they go through the trouble because they know how to appreciate pantomiming, much unlike most people. I have come to appreciate it myself, and would love to learn how if given the opportunity.

Another question: Why is an otter called an "otter"? I would rather go with "water weasel" or "hairy aquatic snake with legs". It is all so interesting.

Otter and out,

Ok, hypothetical situation.

You are working a job, the position of a grease-monkey, and you stick your hand in a gear. Would the hand tear to shreds or would you just crush it? Also, do you think an air-compressed tank has the same technology as a heat-seeking missile? Your questions shall be answered in this video.

I learned a lot.

I have recently been introduced to a website called FML(F*** My Life). This site is all the rave for teenagers and other people as a source of comedy, but there is one problem. I am POSITIVE that the content on this site is 100% fake. The humor is only funny because of its reality, but it is not real! People just go on there and make up stories that they think sound bad, and most of them are not even plausible! People just go along with it and believe every word, which I think is sad. Where has true humor gone?

Think about it,

Just a quick little post here, I do not have much time. I have a big business meeting tomorrow morning and I have to get some sleep for it.

But anyhoo, just watched the new episode of LOST and guess what. Amazing. Never fails.

For all you LOST fans out there, I would just like to pose a little question out there for you. Who do you think the people who took Frank are? Personally, my hypothesis is that they are Others who were off the island and are now returning. That is just me though. I like Frank, they had better not kill him.

Ah well, time to go to the bed.

Stay wary of bed bugs,
